摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical nursing pathway effect in varicose vein of great saphenous vein treatment .Methods:Since February 2010 to February 2012 in our hospital treated 72 cases of varicose vein of great saphenous vein .Statistic analysis the before operation days , hospital days , expense , drug expense and satisfaction feeling between the clinical nursing pathway class and none pathway class.Results:The clinical nursing pathway class's average hospital days and drug expense lower than none pathway class (P<0.05). The satisfaction feeling was elevated significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway is conduce to cut down hospital ex-pense and hospital days , to raise nursing quality , to upgrade satisfaction feeling , and advantageous to cultivate young nurse .关键词
