摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect and related problem of the application of proximal femoral nail anti -rotation(PF-NA) in the treatment of peritrochanteric femoral fracture .Methods:Forty-seven cases of peritrochanteric femoral fractures treated with PFNA were reviewed.Results:The follow-up time was 3 to 24 months(average 12 months).Varus of hip joint occurred in one case , however ,no other complications such as femoral shaft fracture and anti -rotation screw cut through the femoral head .According to Harris hip rate scale system,the results were excellent in 31 cases,good 12,fair in 3,bad in 1,and the excellent and the good rate was 91.5%. Conclusion:PFNA might be one of the useful devices in the treatment of peritrochanteric femoral fractures .关键词
