摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore postoperative function rehabilitation for the elbow joint after olecranon fracture .Methods:Sixty pa-tients after the operational treatment on the olecroanon fracture were divided into Group A and Group C .Each group has 30 cases.The ca-ses were excised basing on the rehabilitation recipe in Group A .The rehabilitation recipe were used to guide excising method including the rehabilitation quantity,excising time to last out,excising frequency,excise amplitude,and excising strength).The cases were excised on the traditional healing methods under the principle of no pain in Group C .The outcomes were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The function and the ROM of elbow joint were better in Group A than Group C .The difference of the function and the ROM of elbow joint had statistical significance between Group A and Group C (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation recipe could benefit for the postop-erative function rehabilitation for the elbow joint after olecranon fracture .关键词
