摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of treatment of nasal endoscopic operation on nasal polyps sinusitis in patients with the implementation .Methods:82 cases with nasal polyps sinusitis patients ,randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,41 cases in each group ,the average .Using conventional sinusitis and nasal polyp operation on the patients in the treatment group ;adopt nasal endoscopic operation way to treat the patients in the treatment group .Results:The treatment group patients with sinusitis with nasal polyps patients treatment was better than the control group;sinusitis disease control time and postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than the control group;after treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyp disease recurrence rate was lower than the control group ;the number of ad-verse reaction was less than the control group .Conclusion:The application of endoscopic operation on nasal polyps sinusitis in patients with the implementation of the clinical treatment effect was very obvious .关键词
