Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experiences in cardiopulmonary resuscitation combined with decompression surgery with post -prandial sudden death in patients .Methods:The postprandial patients with suddenly respiratory arrest were aided with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and combined with decompression surgery .Results:23 cases were successful resuscitated ,6cases combined aspiration pneu-monia with cardiopulmonary resuscitation in 9 Recovery of the success of patients ,3cases combined aspiration pneumonia with combined with decompression surgery in 14ones.Conclusion:It should be the key to successful aid to reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia .关键词
