中西医结合治疗胆囊结石44例临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the treatment of gallbladder stones.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 to 2012 years about 44 cases of gallstone patients were treated of clini-cal treatment ,the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group ( n=22 ) and control group ( n=22 ) .Treatment group were treated with choledochofiberscope minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy with Lidan Paishi Decoction .,The control group using cho-ledochoscope minimally invasive gallbladder simple stone surgery .Results:Treatment group total effectiveness 95.45%,the comparison group total effectiveness 86.36%,the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group ,there were significant statistical differ-ences between groups .Conclusion: Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine could have clinical curative effect , little side effect and low relapse rate .关键词
