摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the plasma levels of D -D and high sensitive C reactive protein ( hs-CRP) in the detection and sig-nificance of serum in patients with pregnancy -induced hypertension syndrome .Methods:From 2011 September ~2012 year in Septem-ber in our hospital 50 patients with PIH,15 cases with mild preeclampsia ,eclampsia in 22 cases,13 cases of severe preeclampsia during late pregnancy ,30 healthy women as control group .In the detection of plasma D -D and hs-immunoglobulin CRP level the turbidimetric method.Results:In the experimental group,plasma D-D,CRP levels were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01),mild pre-eclampsia,severe preeclampsia patients plasma levels of D -D and hs-CRP levels were higher in patients with preeclampsia ,severe pre-eclampsia (P<0.05) is higher than that of patients with mild preeclampsia (P<0.05).CRP was positively correlated with the level of D-D,r=0.61,P<0.01.Conclusion:D-D,CRP were involved in the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome ,two in the syndrome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and increased significantly ,and the disease severity was positively correlated with.关键词
