Abstract
Objective:To investigate expressions of MMP -9 and GP73 protein in primary hepatocarcinoma ,and study the relationship of MMP-9 and GP73 in clinical pathology index of primary hepatocarcinoma .Methods:Immunohistochemical SP was used to examin the expression of MMP-9 and GP73 in 55 patients with primary hepatocarcinoma and 15 normal liver tissues .Results:The positive expression rate of MMP-9 and GP73 in PHC was 74.5%and 81.8%,which was respectively higher than those in the normal liver tissues (26.7%, 33.3%,P<0.01).GP73 positive rate in PHC was not obviously associated with age ,gender,tumor nodules and no capsule (P >0.05), but its expression was correlated with tumor size ,Edmondson’s grade and invasion(P<0.05).The expressions of MMP-9 was no highly different among the gender,age and tumor nodules(P >0.05),However there was a significant association with size of tumor ,with or with-out capsule,Edmondson’s grade and invasion of PHC (P<0.05).Conclusion: The expression of MMP -9 and GP73 in PHC tissues might be obviously high .It may be a marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of PHC by combining MMP -9 and GP73 .关键词
