摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodule application .Methods:Sixty cases of thyroid nodule patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed ,and after surgery and pathological results were controlled observation . Results:After check sixty example ,ultrasonic diagnosis of benign and malignant ,twenty; Pathological diagnosis of benign 55,malignant five.Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules was 75%,the misdiagnosis rate was 25%.Results:Through inspection sixty example,ultrasonic diagnosis of benign and malignant ,twenty;Pathological diagnosis of benign 55,malignant five.Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules was 75%,the misdiagnosis rate was 25%.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid malignant tumor has important significance ,should be the best imaging examination method ,according to the character-istics of ultrasound comprehensive analysis can improve the diagnosis rate ,be worth popularizing .关键词
