摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the cause and treatment measures of bile duct reopera-tion.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clin-ical data Right from January 1998 to December 2010 were treated 47 cases of biliary tract reoperation in our hospital.Results: Biliary tract reoperation is mainly due to residual or recurrent biliary tract stones.Reope-ration approach to the exploration common bile duct stones and drain with the"T"tube,choledochoscopic lithotomy and bihary-enteric.Conclusion:The cause of biliary tract re-operation is complicated, both bihary tract disease itself and iatrogenic factors are possible.To reduce the incidence of reoperation, we must empha-sis on the clear preoperative diagnosis, adequate preoperative , prudent operation, and choosing the proper technique.关键词
