Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of disease severity with serum levels of PCT inpatients with acute pancreatitis . Methods:PCT levels were determined with RIA in65 patients of MAP、55 patients of SAP and 100 controls, and analyzed statistically.Re-sults:The levels of PCT in patients with MAP and SAP were higher than those in controls, SAP were higher than MAP, and both of them have statistical significance.Conclusions:Detection of the PCT can determine the disease severity of patients with acute pancreatitis, and increase diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of severe acute pancreatitis, and there is the role of early warning for a judgment of severe a-cute pancreatitis complicated by multiple organ dysfunction.关键词
