摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community standardized management and inves-tigate the Influence of the community health service on the type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods:94 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our center were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group(n=47) and the control group (n=47) .The experimental group was given the community comprehensive intervention and standardized management on the basis of conventional drug treatment;the control group was given the general management and conventional drug treatment, two groups of time is one year, comparing two groups of patients in the changes of the fasting plasma glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index and lifestyle.Results:one year later, the experimental group in the levels of fasting plasma glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, gly-cosylated hemoglobin index, body mass index and life behaviors was significantly improved than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:In the community standardized management, the patients with type 2 diabetes mel-litus can effectively change the unhealthy life style and behavior habits, control blood sugar levels, improve the quality of life and prevent the occurrence of complications, which is worth spreading in community.关键词
