Study Acute Leukemia Patients in the Period of Chemotherapy with Multi-level Psychological Intervention to Correct Psychological Depression

Abstract
Objective:To study acute leukemia patients in the period of chemotherapy with multi-level psychological intervention to correct psychological depression, and improve the clinical curative effect of positive and optimistic state of mind.Methods:Retrospective analysis 80 cases of acute leukemia patients, the cases were divided into research group and control group, each group has 40 cases, con-trol group implemented routine hospital care, research group implemented the special psychological intervention measures for patients, used Zung's depression self rating anxiety scale ( SAS ) and self rating scale ( SDS ) of the investigation, social support rating scale ( SSRS) and the tumor patient's quality of life scores ( QOL) assessment of the curative effect of nursing intervention, patients with statisti-cal nursing base of the patients before and after the score difference situation.Results:Followed up for 12 months to see the team patient's personal life and family harmony degree was superior than control group, the nursing effect is remarkable.To score >40 calculated life quality satisfaction in patients, research group's life satisfaction accounted for 92.50% (37/40) ,was significantly higher than control group patients'satisfaction was 42.50%(17/40),χ? =34.56,P<0.05,had significant difference.Conclusion: Through the positive psychological intervention, patients'confidence, medication adherence, awareness of the surrounding environment, and significantly im-prove trust between family members.关键词
