Abstract
Objective:Discusses the application of anticoagulant correction formula about four coagulation tests in low HCT ( HCT≤20) and high HCT (HCT≥60), observe the difference between the two correction formula.Methods:Collect low HCT patients 60 cases and high HCT 30 cases, with the conventional method correction formula 1 and 2 to adjust the dosage of anticoagulant, every methords to Pick one tube of blood clotting, then done the four coagulation tests.Results:The results between conventional anticoagulant dosage tube and two correction formula tubes has differences (P <0.05), while no statistical difference between the two calibration tubes (P >0. 05).Conclusions:Low HCT and high HCT must be calibrated before determination four coagulation tests.关键词
