耳穴贴压护理对膝关节骨性关节炎全膝关节置换术后疼痛影响的研究

Abstract
Objective:The Research of stress reaction that Auricular pressure nursing to patients after total knee arthroplasty.Meth-ods:The 70 cases of patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee for the first time proposed unilateral total knee arthroplasty were ran-domly divided in accordance with the control group and 35 cases in each study group, the study group before patching the operating room and press send 1, when total knee arthroplasty surgery back to the ward, and postoperative day 8:00,14:00,20:00 1st pressing with the law until the fifth postoperative day; the control group did not perform auricular pressure, two group were prophylactic use of analgesic drugs ( analgesia) , comparing postoperative analgesia and patient quality of sleep.Result:Study group after the first day, after the first two days of the NRS pain scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( p <0.05);Study Group 3 days after more than six hours of sleep time was significantly higher than the number of patients the control group, the difference was statistically sig-nificant (p <0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupressure treatments can improve the total knee arthroplasty analgesia.关键词
