Abstract
Ab stract Obj ective:To compare the effect of locking compression plate and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation of tibial frac -tures.Methods:68 cases of tibial fractures were randomly divided into A , group B, 34 cases each.A group with locking compression plate fixation treatment , group B interlocking intramedullary nail fixation treatment .Resulst :of surgical patients were successful .Postop-erative x-ray prompt basic anatomical reduction reached 12 to 24-month follow-up period, an average of 18 months, were no loosening and fracture, limb shortening, knee and ankle joints flexing good functional recovery .A group of excellent in 26 cases, good in8 cases, differential cases, good rate 100%;group B patients were 29,4,1 and 97.059%.Goodrates compared to the two groups have no signifi-cantly meaning, P>0.05.Conclusion :locking compression plate , fixation of tibial fracture treatment satisfaction efficacy interlocking in-tramedullary nail ,was no significant difference between the two therapies .关键词
