摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of early postoperative lumbar puncture did not undergo surgery and lumbar puncture for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage broken into the ventricular system of craniotomy .Methods:The purpose of the selected col-lege since our hospital from 2010 to 2014 lines open cranial surgery 48 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage rupturing into the ventricular system of patients with complete data , strictly follow the cases of inclusion criteria , divided into two groups , namely ( lumbar puncture group) and (not lumbar puncture group ) 24 patients, patients recovery of consciousness after surgery , intracranial infection and secondary brain number three aspects of hydrocephalus patients were analyzed and summarized the Results:hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage broken into ventricles craniotomy surgery early postoperative lumbar puncture can shorten patients consciousness recovery time , re-duces the risk of infection in patients with intracranial and secondary hydrocephalus chance to equalize its test were comparable with signif -icant difference ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion: hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage broken into ventricles craniotomy early lumbar puncture technique , could effectively promote awareness of the patient's recovery and reduce the patient's intracranial infection and secondary hydro-cephalus chances significantly improve the prognosis of patients , and shorten the course .关键词
