Abstract
Objective:To explore the comfortable nursing mode in the combination of artificial kidney ( HD +HP) in the treatment of patients with maintenance hemodialysis ( MHD) complications of clinical effect .Methods:The combination of artificial kidney treatment of 100 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis , randomly divided into control group and observation group , control group using conventional care;Observation group adopt the comfortable nursing mode .On two groups of patients with itchy skin , improve sleep , mus-cle pain and other symptoms concurrent and comparison for the nursing satisfaction .Results: Patients of the indicators of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group , the difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Artificial kid-ney of comfortable nursing mode combination therapy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complications of the effect should be bet -ter, more significantly , greatly improving the patients'quality of life .关键词
