Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effective nursing methods of children with cough variant asthma and the effect of nursing . Methods:selected in our hospital for treatment of 42 cases of infantile cough variant asthma patients , according to different nursing meth-ods for the observation group and the control group .Observe the score of two groups of patients satisfaction degree to nursing , total effi-ciency were compared between the two groups of nursing .Results:after nursing , patients in the control group the total effective rate of treatment was 66.67%;the patients in the observation group were treated with a total effective rate of 95.24%, observation and nursing effect was significantly better than that of the control group patients .In the score of patient satisfaction , satisfaction of patient observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group patients .Conclusion: in the process of children with cough variant asthma treatment in patients of nursing intervention could effectively improve the efficiency of total treatment , reduce adverse reactions in patients with the situation, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families for nursing , with strong clinical application value, it might be worth to promote the use .关键词
