摘要

Abstract

Multiple functions of workers'training is conditioned by many factors ,and implemented less in the enterprise .This article analyzed the necessity of multiple functions work culture and the objectives of a target cost ,efficiency and safety production ,and then discussed the implemen‐tation of multiple functions works'training scheme of multi‐objective problem ,and combining with the model ,put forward some countermeasures to develop more functions work .For modern manufacturing industry to achieve lower costs ,it provides ideas to the development of lean pro‐duction .
