Abstract
Combined with the actual situation of enterprises, the cost decreasing and benefit increasing management of coal enterprises are discussed and summarized in this paper, take measures in nine aspects, such as optimizing performance appraisal model, promoting internal market pilot, exploring the implementation of materials supermarket, coal washing plant transformation and optimization, materials and tariff quota amendment, mining purchase innovative ways, and look for industry to cope with winter's approach.关键词
