摘要

Abstract

The components including the weight of fruit, the contents of soluble solids, firmness, sugar, organic acid, the ratio of sugar-acid and aroma in the breeding of new varieties of ‘Luyou 1’ and ‘Luyou 2’ were measured compared with the‘Zhongyou 4’, and results demonstrated that there was no significant difference between ‘Luyou 1’ and‘Luyou 2’, both of which had good quality and appearance, although the weight of per fruit was more than‘Zhongyou 4’ and the firmness was less than‘Zhongyou 4’. And the contents of soluble solids in‘Luyou 2’ were significantly higher than both of‘Luyou 1’ and‘Zhongyou 4’. The higher proportions of sucrose were observed in ‘Luyou 1’ and ‘Luyou 2’, both of which accounted for 80.20%, 72.75%, respectively. Malate was the major organic acid in fruits, however, the proportions of malate and citrate in the ‘Luyou 1’ and ‘Luyou 2’ were lower than the ‘Zhongyou 4’. Although the total amount of acid in the ‘Luyou 1’ was lowest, the ratio of sugar and acid was higher to 18.16, which was significantly higher than those of other two varieties. 28 volatile compounds in the‘Luyou 1’ and 25 different volatile substances in‘Luyou 2’ were observed respectively, which were higher than 23 compounds in the ‘Zhongyou 4’. In addition, lactones being called “character impact” substance were not tested in three varieties. In general,‘Luyou 1’ and‘Luyou 2’ were superior to‘Zhongyou 4’.
