Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Gengnian′an Capsules. Methods Using the Dalian Elite C18 column,acetonitrile,water and glacial acetic acid(60:40:1),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 ,the de-tection wavelength was 437 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear range was good within the concen-tration of 0. 040 ~ 0. 600 mg·mL - 1 ,r = 0. 993 9,RSD of the reproducibility test was 1. 35% ,the average recovery was 96. 67%(RSD = 1. 33% ). Conclusion This method was sensitive,simple,accurate and reproducible,and could effectively control the content of Gengnian′an Capsules.关键词
