Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of schisandrin,schisantherin A,schizandrin A and schizandrin B in Wuzhi Capsules by HPLC. Methods Agilent Zorbax SB - C18(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was adopted with acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phases by gradient elution. The column temperature was 40 ℃ . The detection wave-length was changed. Results The linearity ranges of schisandrin,schisantherin A,schizandrin A and schizandrin B were 0. 010 55 ~ 2. 110 μg,0. 012 11 ~ 2. 422 μg,0. 013 45 ~ 2. 690 μg,0. 009 34 ~ 1. 868 μg,respectively. The average recov-eries were 99. 36% ,99. 53% ,99. 23% ,99. 78% ,respectively,and the RSDs were less than 2. 0% . Conclusion The method was accurate,sensitive,reproducible,it can be used for the quality control of Wuzhi Capsules.关键词
