Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material. Methods The content of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material was determined by using air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). Results The linear range was 0 ~ 1. 6 μg·mL - 1(r = 0. 998 2). The average recovery of Zn was 95. 5%(n = 9),and the RSD was 1. 6% . Conclusion The method has a good specificity,high sensitivity,easy operation and can be used for the inspection of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material.关键词
