Abstract
Objective To establish and validate the method of microbial limit test of Ray Furnace Lotion. Methods Routine method,membrane filtration method,culture medium dilution method were used for each test strain recovery experi-ments,to verify the scientific and feasible of the established method. Results Ray Furnace Lotion had a strong inhibitory effect on bacteria,membrane filtration method was used with pH 7. 0 sodium chloride - peptone buffer 900 mL as flush flu-id,can reduce its antibacterial activity. Conclusion The method can be used for microbial limit test of Ray Furnace Lo-tion.关键词
