摘要
Abstract
Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular in the world and it is one of the most important risk factors for developing cardiovascular disease. It is urgent to findthe molecular mechanisms contributing to the initiation of hy-pertension and the new therapeutic strategy against hypertension. Vascular endothelial controls maintenance of vascular ho-meostasis by releasing endothelium - derived relax and constriction factor. A plethora of studies had demonstrated that the importance of oxidative stress in developing of hypertension. Oxidative stress can change the contracting and relaxing of vas-cular by affecting the synthesis of vasoactive substances. This review aimed to highlight oxidative stress to the endothelial function by influence of synthesis of NO,PGI2 ,ET - 1 and TXA2 .关键词
