老年期抑郁症临床观察与中医证候要素研究
Clinical Observation of Senile Depression and Study of Its Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Elements
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syn-drome elements of senile depression. Methods:With the retrospective study method,the four diagnosis mate-rials of 194 patients(all over 55 year-old) with depression were collected and the syndrome elements were summarized and analyzed. Results:Most of the TCM syndrome elements of senile depression were hot,yin deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and yang stagnation. The combination of two elements,three elements and tour elements were the most common combinations of syndrome elements. Conclusion:According to the char-acteristics of syndromes of senile depression,both diffusing yang to resolving stagnation and the syndrome elements should be given attention in treatment based on syndrome differentiation.关键词
