冬令膏方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病生活质量和近期预后的影响
Effects of Winter Paste on Life Quality and Short-Term Prognosis of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Abatract Objective:To observe the effects of winter paste on the life quality and short-term prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods:Seventy-six patients were divided into observation group ( n=40 ) and control group ( n=36 ) . The control group was given conventional inhalation therapy and the observation group was given conventional inhalation therapy combined with winter paste. The St. George Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ) and the COPD Assessment Test(CAT) scale were adopt-ed to evaluate the life quality. The scores of the above scales and the frequency of acute episodes of the two groups were compared. Results:Both the two methods of the two groups can improve the life quality score of SGRO and CAT(P<0.05),but the total score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Times of having a influenza,acute exacerbation and needing emergency of the ob-servation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the times of hospitalization of the two groups ( P>0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Winter paste can improve the life quality and short-term prognosis of patients with COPD.关键词
