从电炉烟尘中碱浸锌的动力学研究
Kinetics of Leaching of Zinc From EAF Dust Using Alkaline

Abstract
The leaching kinetics of zinc from EAF dust using NaOH solution was investigated by the shrinking unreacted core model for the heterogeneous reaction of liquid-solid .T he influences of temperature and NaOH concentration on the reaction rate were examined .The results show that leaching zinc process conforms to the law of solid membrane diffusion control w hen temperature is less than 80 ℃ ,the reaction apparent activation energy calculated is 9 .581 8 kJ/mol .T he leaching zinc process conforms to the law of interfacial chemical reaction control w hen temperature is higher than 80℃ ,the reaction apparent activation energy calculated is 49 .319 kJ/mol .T he apparent reaction progression of leaching reaction is 0 .983 .关键词
