摘要
Abstract
Calcining of spent lead paste and desulfurization transformation of calcined product in HCl-MgCl2 solution were investigated .Appropriate calcining temperature was determined by TG-DTA for spent lead paste .Phase components of transformation product were determined by XRD .The desulfurization transformation process of calcined product in hydrochloric acid-magnesium chloride solution was focused research .Effects of various parameters on the removal of sulfur in the transformation process were examined .Experimental results indicate that the removal rate of sulfur in spent lead paste can reach 96 .89% under the conditions of spent lead paste size -0 .075mm accounting for 71% ,reaction time of 2 h ,reaction temperature of 90 ℃ ,ratio of liquid-to-solid of 5:1 ,magnesium chloride concentration of 5 mol/L and hydrochloric acid concentration of 0 .62 mol/L .关键词
