天津城市化进程中失地农民利益补偿机制构建
Construction of Benefit Compensation Mechanism for Land -Lost Peasants in Urbanization Process of Tianjin
摘要
Abstract
At present,the benefit compensation for land -lost peasants has become a hot issue of our so-ciety.It is necessary to construct an effective benefit compensation mechanism.This not only concerns the in-terests of land -lost peasants,but also affects the harmony and stability of the entire society.By the survey on the spot in related counties of Tianjin,some problems about land requisition compensation,including less com-pensation,lack of right to know and participation,low satisfaction,and so on,were discovered.The study showed that the unreasonable compensation formula,incomplete compensation,unknown collective land own-ership and unfair distribution led to land -lost peasants’interests losing.In the end,some corresponding measures were put forward to protect the rights and interests of land -lost peasants.关键词
