摘要

Abstract

Through two -year field location test in two places,the effects of three cultivation ways on soil microorganism quantity were studied,including conventional tillage with straw returning (CT),deep till-age with straw returning (DT)and deep tillage with no straw returning treatment (DNT).The results showed that deep tillage and straw returning both increased the soil microorganism quantity.Contrasting with CT and DNT treatment,the numbers of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes of DT treatment increased by 1 0.8%, 23.9%,31 .0% and 56.1 %,85.3%,1 42.6% respectively.Deep tillage mainly affected the microorganism quantities in middle and lower soil layers,and straw returning affected those in the whole soil layers.
