重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中 Notch1、Jagged1表达变化及意义
Expression changes and significance of Notch1 and Jagged1 in placenta tissues from patients with severe preeclampsia

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression changes of Notch 1 and Jagged1 mRNA and protein in the placentas from patients with severe preeclampsia and to investigate the significance .Methods Twenty-five patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia were recruited as the group A , and 25 patients with the late-onset severe preeclampsia were recruited as the group B .Meanwhile , 25 healthy pregnant women who delivered after 38 weeks were defined as group C .The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to investigate the expression of Notch 1 and Jagged1 protein and mRNA in the placentas .Results Compared with group C , the expression levels of Notch 1 mRNA and Jagged1 mRNA were decreased in the group B and group A (all P<0.05).The expression levels of Jagged1 mRNA and Notch1 mRNA in the group A were decreased as compared with those of the group B (all P<0.05).Notch1 and Jagged1 proteins were expressed in cytoplasm of villous trophoblasts continuously and vascular endothelial cells .The positive expression rates of Notch 1 protein were 36.67%, 50.00%and 83.33%in the group A, group B and group C.The positive rates of Jagged1 and Notch1 in the group A were lower than those in the group B, and that in the group B was lower than that in the group C (all P<0.05). Conclusion The Notch1 and Jagged1 was lowly expressed in patients with severe preeclampsia , which indicated that the down-regulated expression may take part in the occurrence of the early-onset severe preeclampsia .关键词
