疑诊非淋菌性泌尿生殖道炎症患者局部分泌物解脲脲原体和人型支原体检测及药敏试验
Detection and drug susceptibility testing of partial secretions′Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis in suspected patients with non-gonococcal urogenital tract inflammation

Abstract
Objective To understand the infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum ( Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis ( Mh) in patients with urogenital inflammation and their drug resistance. Methods A total of 560 samples collected from patients with suspected non-gonococcal urogenital tract inflammation were cultured for Uu and Mh, and were tested for susceptibility to antibiotic by using reagent box of mycoplasma. Results Among 560 samples,167 were positive (29. 8%), of which Uu infection was 145 (25. 89%), Mh infection was 15 (2. 68%) , Uu and Mh mixed infection was 7 (1. 25%). Among 167 cases of mycoplasma-positive patients, female patients were 140 ( including Uu infection 120 cases, Mh infection 14 cases, Uu and Mh mixed infection 6 cases) , male patients were 27 ( including Uu infection 25 cases, Mh infection 1 case, Uu and Mh mixed infection 1 case). The Uu infection rates of male and female patients were 13. 01% and 32. 52% (P<0. 01). Young people with the age from 20 to 29 who had mycoplasma infection were 70 cases (41. 92%). The result of susceptibility to antibiotics showed that Uu, Mh and mixed infections of Uu and Mh were sensitive to josamycin, doxycyc-line and minocycline, but they were resistant to erythromycin and levofloxacin. Conclusions The infection of mycoplasma in the genitourinary tract is mostly infected by Uu, especially in female. Uu and Mh is less sensitive to erythromycin and levofloxacin, but josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline are sensitive drugs for Uu and Mh.关键词
