Abstract
Objective:To study clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Gongmi powder combined with microwave in treatment of cervical erosion .Methods :146 cases of cervical erosion were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,there were 72 and 74 cases respectively ,the clinical efficacy of treatment ,the symptoms and signs of inflammatory factor were analysed .Results :After treatment ,recovery and markedly recovered patients in observation group were significantly higher than the control group ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant .Vaginal discharge ,before contact bleeding ,cervical congestion and other symptoms and signs in control group and observation group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment ,vaginal discharge ,contact bleeding ,cervical hyperemia in the observation group compared with the control group significantly decreased .IL‐6 , TNF‐αcompared with before treatment were significantly lower .IL‐1 ,IL‐6 ,TNF‐α in the observation group than the control group after treatment were significantly lower ,IL‐1 ,IL‐6 ,TNF‐αin the observation group after treatment com‐pared with the control group significantly decreased .Conclusion :Gongmi powder combined with microwave can signifi‐cantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical erosion and reduced levels of inflammatory factors ,which is an effective method of treatment of cervical erosion .关键词
