清胰解毒方配合西药治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效及对血清淀粉酶和炎性因子的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the clinical efficacy and influence on the serum amylase and inflammatory fac‐tors of Qingyi Jiedu prescription with western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis .Methods:90 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into two group according to the order of treatment ,each of 45 ca‐ses .The control group was treated with western medicine ,on basis of this ,the observation group was treated with Qingyi Jiedu prescription .The clinical efficacy ,remission time of symptoms ,signs serum amylase ,leukocyte recovery time and the changes of serum inflammatory factor levels of two groups were observed before and after treatment .Results :Total effec‐tive rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group ,symptom relief time and blood amylase and white blood cell recovery time was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .After treatment ,IL‐6 ,IL‐8 ,TNF‐αand hs‐CRP levels of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0 .05) . Conclusion :Qingyi Jiedu prescription with western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is definite ,can effectively shorten the patients symptoms and signs of remission time and blood amylase and white blood cell recovery time ,can reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors .关键词
