疏血通注射液联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of shuxuetong injection combined with cilostazol on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .Methods:105 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into con‐trol group(n=50) and treatment group(n=55) .Control group was only administered with cilostazol .Treatment group was administered with shuxuetong injection base on cilostazol .The effectiveness rate ,motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV ) were compared between two groups after treatment .Results :The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (94 .5% vs 78% ,P<0 . 05) .There was no obvious differece in MNCV and SNCV both in contonl and treatment group before treatment .Howev‐er ,significant increases were observed in MNCV and SNCV in treatment group after treatment (P<0 .05) .There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Shuxuetong injection combined with cilostazol is more effective than cilostazol administration only in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy ,and the clinical symp‐toms of patients are greatly improved after treatment .关键词
