摘要
Abstract
Objects :To observe the effect of Jinshui Bao combined with Huangqi Injection in treating diabetic nephropathy .Methods :The 60 cases of in patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups ,30 cases in the control group ,oral Jinshuibao Capsules 0 .99g ,3 times/d ,30 cases in the treatment group ,on the basis of o‐ral Jinshuibao combined with Huangqi injection treatment .Results :After 21 days of treatment ,two groups of 24 hours u‐rinary protein ,creatinine ,urinary albumin /creatinine were decreased ,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group ,The differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusions :Jinshui Bao combined with Huan‐gqi injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce the urinary protein level ,delay the kidney fur‐ther damage .关键词
