芪药消渴胶囊治疗初发2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察
Qiyao Xiaoke capsule in the treatment of newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Qiyao Xiaoke capsule on newly diagnosed T2DM.Methods:Randomized,placebo control experiments were perfomed in this study.162 cases of newly diagnosed T2DM were ob-served,which were divided into treatment (Tre)group with 82 patients and placebo control (PC)group with 80 patients. Based on routine treatment for 24 weeks,Tre group was given Qiyao Xiaoke capsule while PC group was given placebo capsule.Then we compared blood glucose,blood lipid and renal function.Results:After treatment,blood glucose,blood lipid and renal function were improved (P<0.05).In addition,the improvements in Tre group were superior to those in PC group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiyao Xiaoke capsule can modulate glucose and lipid metabolic,protect renal func-tion,and delay the progression of T2DM.关键词
