湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤擦伤临床观察
Clinical observation on curative effects of MEBO in the treatment of skin abrasions

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of MEBO in treating skin abrasions.Methods:100 cases of skin abrasions in the out-patient department and the in-patient department of our hospital were randomly entered into 2 groups,50 in each group.After admission,patients of both groups were treated with debridement,and then cases of therapeutic group were treated with MEBO while those of control group were covered with Vaseline gauze bandage. Pain degree during dressing change,conditions of wound dressing and incision adhesion,infection rate and healing time were compared.Results:Abrasion wounds of all cases were healed.Comparison result:pain degree,infection rate and healing time of therapeutic group were lower than those in control group;dressing and incision adhesion in therapeutic group were not obvious and easier to be removed than that in control group.After observing and comparing,the differ-ences in the four aspects above-mentioned between the two groups were with statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclu-sion:Treating patients of skin abrasions with MEBO can alleviate pain,increase patient compliance,reduce incision adhe-sion,protect newborn granulation and epidemic tissue,lower infection rate in the whole treating process,and shorten the average healing time.关键词
