HPLC法测定舒心安神胶囊中栀子苷的含量
Content determination of gardenoside in Shuxin Anshen capsule by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method of content determination of gardenoside in Shuxin Anshen capsule. Methods:HPLC was performed on Diamonsil Column C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm),methanol-water (19∶81)served as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was 30 ℃,2998 UV detector was used as detector,the wavelength was 238 nm. Results:Gardenoside and other components from the capsule would be separated on baseline,negative control sample would not influence on sample;the liner range was 67 ng~1 340 ng for gardenoside;the experimental of precision test in RSD was 0.84%(n=6);the sample kept stability within 10 hours;repeatability test of RSD was 1.83%;the average recov-ery was 99.42% with corresponding RSD was 0.88%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is not only simple and sensitive,but also reproducible and accurate,which can be uesd for the quality control of Shuxin Anshen Capsule.关键词
