Establishment and qualification of the spinal cord nerve cells ischemia-reperfusion animal model
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish animal model of spinal cord nerve cells ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods:The rats on 15th day of gestation were killed,spinal cord nerve cells of fetal rat was taken out. Then nerve cells were separated and cultured. The spinal nerve cells ischemia-reperfusion model was established by damaging induced by glutamate. The ap-propriate concentration and duration of glutamate were determined by cell viability,content of LDH and MDA in culture medium. Results:It was easy to establish the spinal nerve cell ischemia-reperfusion model by exposed to 200 μmol/mL glutamate for 15 min. Conclusion:This method is convenient and repeatable.关键词
