摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a determination method for liquirtin in Fuzi Lizhong pills(concentrated pills)by HPLC. Methods:The separation was performed on a shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm),and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.5%ethanoic acid (19∶81)with a flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 276 nm. Results:Liquirtin was in good linear in the range of 0.030 52 μg~0.305 20 μg,and the average recovery rate was 101.8%,RSD=1.32%(n=5). Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable and good repeatability and could be used for determination of liquirtin in Fuzi Lizhong pills(concentrated pills).关键词
