秋泻合剂贴敷治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床观察
Clinical effect of point application therapy of Qiuxie mixture in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point application therapy of Qiuxie mixture in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All infants received lactose-free diet and oral administration of bifico and smecta and corrected dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Antiemetic and alexipyretic were used if needed. Qiuxie mixture was pasted on acupoints in treatment group. Total effective rates and antidiarrheal time were observed. Results:Total effective rate of treatment group was 90% while that of control group was 80%(P<0.05). Antidiarrheal time of treatment group was (4.18±1.42)days while that of control group was (5.16± 1.82)days (P<0.05). Adverse effects weren′t observed in two groups. Conclusion:Qiuxie mixture had significantly curative effect in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.关键词
