Abstract
This paper firstly discusses the general situation of planning evaluation in China, and points out the main shortcomings in present practice. Secondly from the public policy evaluation point of view, the paper introduces the foreign systematic planning evaluation theories and methods. Finally referring to the application of systematic planning evaluation in Bengbu City, the paper describes the details of the concepts, methods and operating approaches of this creative work.关键词
