常州市城市边缘区建设用地配置研究*
Study on Allocation of Urban Fringe of Changzhou City Construction
摘要
Abstract
This study takes Changzhou City as a typical case to study the al ocation mechanisms of urban fringe construction land. The time frame of this study is the late 1980s to the 2010s; specifically divided into two periods: before and after the early 21st century. The space range of this study is the urban fringe of the main city of Changzhou. Corresponding to two previous study time periods, this study selects 3 typical blocks experienced rapid process of urbanization. The analysis variables include the number of construction land, the layout of spatial structure and the direct cause of land-use configuration. There are 3 kinds of action mode of the al ocation mechanism of the construction land of the south Jiangsu Province. After a brief discussion of the pros and cons of these pathways, this study puts forward forward three improvement suggestions: change the development mode by reducing the dependence of economic development on construction land; improve land allocation mechanism, which conclude market allocation as main body and intervention as addition; the planning work should focus on guiding the development moderately advanced in the areas of rapid urbanization.关键词
