Evaluation of Planning Implementation from the Aspect of Slow-motion Technological Disaster
摘要
Abstract
Along with the rapid industrialization and urbanization of China in recent decades, the slow-motion technological disaster has increasingly become one of the prominent environmental problems in many urban and rural areas. For some speciifc areas, it is urgently necessary to carry out the evaluation of planning implementation from the aspect of slow-motion technological disaster. This paper analyzes the necessity and pertinence of evaluation of planning implementation regarding the slow-motion technological disaster, emphatically expounds the frame contents of such evaluation in four aspects, and constructs a preliminary evaluation index system of planning implementation in the perspective of slow-motion technological disaster.关键词
