临时用地管理现状分析与对策建议
Legal and Management Aspects of Temporary Land Use
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, due to rapid social and economic development, the number of construction projects and geological site investigations that require the temporary use of land has increased, and the aspects involved have become more complex, giving rise to new land management issues. This paper analyzes the legal definition and management status of the temporary use of land, and proposes strictly limited to the scope of land, stricter regulations, standardized compensation, the implementation of land reclamation practices, for temporary land standardized, scientific and institutionalized management reference.关键词
