耕地保护条件下农村居民点布局的问题剖析与优化对策
Problem Analysis of and Optimization Countermeasures for the Layout of Rural Residential Area in the Context of Farmland Protection

Abstract
In the context of protecting farmland and improving the living standards of farmers, this paper analyses the reasons for and the problems resulting from construction on rural land, and considers the layout of residential areas. A series of countermeasures is proposed and suggestions provided, such as multiple families living in one house, and nationalization of ownership in rural residential areas. The methodologies of landscape ecology and landscape architecture are recommended to consolidate and rehabilitate rural residential areas. The proposed methods wil be helpful in addressing the current irregular layout of rural residential land and in halting the ongoing decline in the area of cultivated land, in order to improve farmers’ living standards and to protect farmland.关键词
